What was the highlight of Starhotels Ritz Milano
Overpriced for a 4-star hotel.
I really liked that the hotel was conveniently located near the metro station and just a 15-minute walk from the central train station. The location made it very easy to get around, with excellent transportation options. Additionally, the city center was just a 30-minute walk away, which was great for exploring on foot. Overall, the location was perfect for both convenience and sightseeing!
While the location of the hotel was excellent, there were several things that disappointed me. In the bathroom, I found black hairs that were not ours, which was unpleasant. The rooms also lacked proper sound insulation; we could hear noise from the neighbors and activities in the hallway. The breakfast offered was not very diverse—I’d rate it 6/10. Additionally, the service at the reception was disappointing. At one point, a man spent about 15 minutes chatting with the receptionist while we waited to pick up our room key. No one attended to us until we had to ask if someone else could assist. Overall, while the location was convenient, the cleanliness, soundproofing, and service left much to be desired

What was the highlight of Starhotels Ritz Milano
In general a good hotel in a good position, but the service and facilities have space to improve.
I like the decorations in the front door and in the room. Really looks beautiful and elegant. The breakfast is good, the location is also good. The room space is big.
One staff (a little bit old lady) in the front door give me the feeling that she is not that friendly to me, since I boring about the late check in time at 3 pm. Most of the hotels can check in at 2 pm as I traveled in EU. The facilities for the bath room is kind of broken, at least not that good quality, I suppose for a 4 star hotel should be better. They charge all for the mini bar, even the glass of water on the desk, that is not normal, people usually get that water for free. I feel they give me a bad position for the room on the 2nd floor in a corner, not so good views. By the way the isolation between the rooms are not that good, I remember I can hear the neighbors talk late in the midnight, it annoys me, while I am very tired then slept.
